Flooding forces 2nd 'immediate' evacuation order north of Oliver, B.C.

Flooding has forced Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen to order the evacuation of 33 properties Saturday, north of Oliver, B.C., in the second evacuation order in 24 hours.
