Fire at Penticton Speedway property sends black smoke skyward

Penticton residents were distracted by a large plume of black smoke rising from the hills east of the South Okanagan city on Saturday afternoon. A structure on the Penticton Speedway property is ablaze, according to the B.C. Wildfire Service.
