Fernie ammonia leak report released

It’s been more than 9 months since an ammonia leak at the Fernie Memorial Arena killed two city employees and a contractor from Alberta. Technical Safety B.C. revealed its report into what happened and there are more than a dozen recommendations to help prevent a similar tragedy. Paul Haysom has more.
