Federal government announces plan to buy Trans Mountain pipeline project

Canada’s Liberal government plans to purchase the Trans Mountain pipeline project for $4.5 million in order to ensure the controversial expansion is built but as Aaron McArthur reports, Canadians could be coughing up millions more in construction costs.
