Downtown Kelowna records spike in thefts from vehicles

Kelowna RCMP are dealing with a sharp increase in thefts from vehicles. Police say the numbers are staggering and some are speculating that the increase could be linked to the opening of a large homeless shelter in the downtown core. Kelly Hayes reports.
