Doug Roxburgh is the face of B.C. golf

115th BC Amateur Golf Championship is underway and living legend Doug Roxburgh has played in nearly half of them. Doug’s still teeing it up alongside the youngsters. As Jay Janower reports, one such player is favoured to win it all.
