Dash cam captures car almost hitting pedestrian in Richmond

Allan Wilson’s dash camera caught an incident in Richmond Sunday after he stopped to let a pedestrian cross. However, the car behind him did not want to wait and swerved around him, narrowly missing the pedestrian in the crosswalk.
