Construction starts on North Coast Transmission Line between Prince George and northwest B.C.

B.C. Hydro says the project will more than double the amount of electricity that can be sent from Prince George to Terrace and beyond, supplying more power to major infastructure projects in northwest B.C. including LNG export facilities and mines that have been identified as being in the national interest against the backdrop of the trade war with the United States.
