Concerns about public access to Hatley Castle raised amid treaty talks

Aproposed treaty 30 years in the making is nearing its conclusion, at a time when there's more attention on Aboriginal land claims and their impact on private property. The lawyer involved in the negotiation says a plan is in place to keep Hatley Castle open to the public.
