Campus security on B.C. universities preparing to aid fentanyl overdose victims

While campus security at some B.C. universities have been equipped with Narcan (a Naloxone nasal spray), other post-secondary institutions have staff that have been trained, but are not yet equipped with the lifesaving drug.
