Camera catches sneaky cat stealing clothes from North Delta neighbours

A cat is seen on camera returning home with clothes belonging from her North Delta neighbours. Shawn Bell set up a video camera to catch his cat Bella in the act after she began coming home with stolen clothing last summer.
