Bear-sprayed Good Samaritan incident in North Okanagan reveals mobile drug lab

RCMP say a yellow cube van that was found in a ditch along Highway 6 near Lumby, B.C., this week contained a mobile drug lab. The suspect allegedly bear-sprayed a Good Samaritan and stole his truck to get away.
