B.C. windstorm knocks out power to more than 230,000, cancels ferries

Sailings out of Vancouver, Victoria and Nanaimo have been cancelled for Thursday morning, with latest storm also affecting highway passes and SkyTrain. Some YVR operation are also affected. The airport is advising passengers to check travel information.
