Bail decision expected Tuesday for BC gang member

Jamie Bacon is currently behind bars facing one count of counselling the murder of an individual. Bacon escaped first-degree murder and conspiracy charges in December in connection to the Surrey Six Murders in 2007. Today’s bail decision is expected before noon.
