Back to school gridlock on B.C. roads

Traffic was an issue across Metro Vancouver Tuesday morning as kids headed back to the classroom. Between the end of summer holidays and two now toll-free bridges prompting some drivers to change their routes — this morning’s commute proved an ugly start. Jordan Armstrong reports.
