Alleged driver comes forward in hit and run that killed Vancouver man

Police received a call around 3 a.m. PT Thursday from a passerby who reported discovering a man suffering from serious injuries on Kingsway near Glen Drive. They now say a 54-year-old man has come forward and his vehicle has been seized.
