Adopt a Pet: Jesse needs a new home

Jesse is currently in the care of the BC SPCA and he needs a forever home! Jesse is a loveable dog who is currently in the care of the Vancouver SPCA and he can even sing! An ideal owner would be someone who likes to exercise as Jesse is only a year old.
