A slow summer for drivers as GVRD road closures announced

The City of Vancouver and Fortis held a press conference to discuss some serious disruptions to traffic this summer, including the complete closure of East First Avenue between Clark and Nanaimo from mid June to the end of August. Jordan Armstrong reports.
