2 men face shooting charges amid wave of extortion violence in Surrey

Police have charged two foreign nationals with reckless discharge of a firearm, after a raid on a home in Surrey, B.C., earlier this month. Two other men have been arrested and remain in the custody of the Canada Border Services Agency.
