Races raise money

Code Blue Crew – made up of Nathan Zimmerman, Alana Rootes-Johnson, Olivia Boone and Paige Wildey – was the top fundraising team at the inaugural bed races hosted by the Brantford General Hospital Foundation in May. The blue teammates were one of 16 groups, many in wild costumes, who came out to compete in the event, raising more than $223,000 for 32 new patient beds at The Willett Hospital in Paris.
