Early morning shots fired on Powell Road in Brantford

Multiple shots were fired into the garage area of a Powell Road residence early Friday morning.Brantford Police said no one was injured despite residents being inside the home, but there was plenty of property damage as a result of the many shots fired toward the building at around 4:15 a.m.Other sources say up to 14 rounds may have hit the home’s garage and at least two vehicles.Powell Road, which is just off Longboat Run, was closed in the early morning.
