Illegal drugs were seized and three people arrested following a disturbance Thursday evening in downtown Brantford.Members of the Brantford Police Service Downtown Core Engagement Response Team (CERT) on foot patrol came upon three people involved in a physical altercation in the area of the parking garage on Icomm Drive at about 8 p.m.Officers intervened and took the individuals into custody.
