Councillors endorse new bridge proposal to solve traffic congestion

A new bridge across the Grand River is worth further study as the best way to connect the Shellard Lane area to Brantford’s Northwest Industrial area and ease traffic congestion, city councillors say.Councillors on Tuesday voted 7-4 in accepting the bridge proposal as the preferred option.
