City hall notebook: Storyboards suggested for memorial parks

A city councillor wants to augment Brantford’s memorial parks with storyboards and other commemorative installations that tell the story of those who served in conflicts around the world.Coun. Mandy Samwell said Brantford has a number of war memorials in War Memorial Park, Jubilee Terrace Park and Tom Thumb Park.
