Chickenpox exposure at BGH, warns health unit

The health unit has issued an advisory that people may have been exposed to chickenpox at the Brantford General Hospital last week.The exposure would have been from late July 21, just before midnight, to 2:48 p.m. on July 22 in the emergency department at the hospital, according to Grand Erie Public Health.Anyone who was at the emergency department during that timeline should monitor for symptoms for 21 days, or until August 11-12.The exposure would put certain people at a greater risk of serio
