Canaan Sherbino: 'Surprised' to win O'Leary Award

Canaan Sherbino felt a range of emotion last week when he was honoured with the Ed O’Leary Memorial Award as Brant County’s top male high school student athlete.“I didn’t know too much about the award but I knew (schoolmate) Trudeau (Gulati) won the award last year,” said Sherbino, a Grade 12 Paris District High School student.“I was very surprised to win.
