Brantford municipal election attracting more candidates

Voters in Brantford will have plenty of choice when they go to the polls to elect a new city council on Oct. 26.The race for a seat on council has attracted 28 candidates including seven in Ward 3, five in Ward 4 and five for mayor.The five mayoral candidates include Dan McCreary, Mandy Samwell, Richard Carpenter, Rose Sicoli and Rhonda Nordlander.
