Brantford mayor attends July 4 celebration in Racine, WI

Mayor Kevin Davis was heartened by the response of Racine, WI residents who gave him a warm reception during the city’s 250th July 4 parade on Saturday.“I, like mayors of other sister cities to Racine, was part of the parade and it was interesting because as I went by, I could see that some of those watching it were kind of surprised to see the mayor of a Canadian city in the parade,” Davis said. “But then they clapped, waved and gave me a thumbs up.“It was great t
