The Brantford Bulldogs made history on Tuesday night, selecting the first female in the history of the Ontario Hockey League’s Under-18 Priority Selection.With their second-round pick, 40th overall, Brantford selected goaltender Sophie Jovanovic from the Toronto Nationals.Jovanovic is a 2009-born goaltender from Toronto who played for the Nationals U18 AAA team last season.
