Bantam CWOSSA rugby champs

St. John’s College bantam boys won the Central Western Ontario Secondary Schools Association Tri-District championship on Thursday. In its opening game, SJC defeated Assumption College 45-5 with tries by Noah Esposito (2), Colton Axisa, Will Tozer, Logan Lahey, Ben Rich and Holden McClelland. Esposito kicked 5 converts. In the final, SJC defeated John F. Ross 24-7. Axisa and Esposito each scored 2 tries. Esposito kicked 2 converts. Outstanding performers included Grayson Graham, Jaxon Elo
