Kristian Jamieson (right) of the Running with Rick club recently finished third at the annual Longboat Toronto Island Run.Competing against 840 finishers, Jamieson finished in a personal best time of 33 minutes, 10 seconds over the 10-kilometre distance. He improved on his personal best by 1:26. Last year at the race he placed fifth.Jamieson is the great, great grandson of Tom Longboat, whose name is attached to the race.
