MUSKOKA — Muskoka Arts and Crafts is pleased to announce that Rebekka Waters of Bracebridge is the recipient for the Elene J. Freer Art Scholarship. After reviewing Rebekka's portfolio, the jury found the selection of art to be thoughtful and insightful.
