Serious crash injures four

A portion of Hwy 7 and Hwy 62 remained reopened Tuesday afternoon following Monday’s serious crash between a transport truck and an ambulance at the intersection of the two highways Monday afternoon in Centre Hastings, snarling traffic through the afternoon and evening.
Around 3 p.m., emergency crews were called to Highway 62 and Highway 7.
Four people were taken to hospital for treatment, including one paramedic who sustained life-threatening injuries.
