Big lineup set for 2026 PEC Jazz Festival

It may not be exactly like the famous hit musical, Chicago, but audiences can still expect plenty of razzle dazzle for the 2026 Prince Edward County Jazz Festival, which opens Wednesday Aug. 12 at 11 a.m. with one of three workshop sessions in the old Picton Town Hall on Ross Street. The theme will be Brazilian samba percussion. Theme for at the next session Friday, same time and place, will be jazz for the ukulele. One of the festival stars, Anh Phung leads the final session Friday morning. al
