Bancroft OPP seeking Toronto-area teenager in non-lethal Bancroft shooting

Bancroft OPP are looking for a 17-year-old Toronto-area resident in connection with a reported downtown shooting Saturday afternoon.“Investigators believe this is an isolated incident with no broader risk to public safety,” Sgt.
