Beaconsfield man (22) facing nearly 20 charges for alleged stealing

AN alleged serial thief is facing nearly 20 charges, including one of stealing from a woman who was putting clothes in a charity bin in Warwick. Police this month charged the 22-year-old Beaconsfield man over the offences, which date back to May.
