Studded bike tire rebates encouraging Banff residents to cycle year-round

CALGARY—After a recent Banff town council decision to offer rebates for winter bicycle tires, 21 of those rebates have been provided over the course of the week, worth more than $1,000, according to the town's manager of environmental services.
