Latest Spring Creek sign decision “predetermined” says developer

The Spring Creek signage saga continues. The Canmore Planning Commission (CPC) refused a Development Permit Application last week put forward by Spring Creek’s developer. The request was to consider the approval of four variances on the signage in area, height, number of signs and landscaping but was voted against by the Commission on May 29.
