UPDATE Leon’s Bancroft is closed: Owner says will continue as independent furniture store

Lincoln Soma, the owner of what was Leon's Bancroft, has said the store will stay open, now running as Bancroft Furniture and Appliances.
As of Thursday afternoon the 'Open' sign is lit up and the doors are open. The Leon's sign no longer hangs above the door and all branding of Leon's appears to be removed. Soma has said there will be no staffing changes at this time.
Leon’s Head Office had announced Wednesday that the Bancroft location was 'temporarily closed' on Wednesday.
