UPDATE Bancroft Council to decide on new councilor at special meeting today 

Bancroft Council will decide on a new member at the May 27 special meeting of council.  
The meeting is open to members of the public and will be live-streamed on youtube. 
According to Mayor Paul Jenkins, the meeting will start with an open session at 3 pm where each candidate will be interviewed. The council will then go into a closed session to discuss and return to council chambers for an open vote.  
The process is expected to take 2-2.5 hours.
