Three-day Snooker Tournament wins big for Hospice 

The Shamrock Club three-day snooker tournament took place earlier this month. Hospice board chair Michael Brooks says that during the finals on Sunday there were a few surprise upsets, but all the games were close and competitive.
“The purpose of the tournament was to raise money for Hospice North Hastings, most importantly, but also to promote the Shamrock Seniors Club and the game of snooker in the area. We had a great time,” said Brooks.
