New start times proposed for three North Hastings schools

Heads up parents: The time you send your child off to school may change next year. 
A Hastings & Prince Edward District School Board proposal is calling for changes to bell times at North Hastings High School, as well as York River and Bird’s Creek elementary schools.The high school would start at 8:15 in the morning, 25-minutes earlier than this year’s start time. 
York River’s start time would be moved to 8:25 a.m., 20 minutes earlier than its current time. Bir
