Carlow/Mayo Township enacts total fire ban

Add the Township of Carlow/Mayo to the growing list of municipalities that have declared a Total Fire Ban. Effective today, June 1st, all open-air burning is not allowed.That includes but is not limited to, campfires, burn barrels, fireworks, charcoal, or wood fired barbecues.
There will be no burn permits issued.
The dry, hot weather has led to this ban and it will be in effect until further notice.
