Birds Creek Ball Diamond gets an upgrade 

MPP Ric Bresee was at the Birds Creek Ball diamond on Friday to check out some new lighting and netting. 
Bresee met with members of Hastings Highlands council to learn more about the $150,000 grant from the provincial government’s Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) that funded the improvements.
According to Hastings Highlands, the new lights and netting will allow the area to be used for longer hours and meet public demand for outdoor gathering spaces.
