Bancroft’s Community Band performs for the first time at the Playhouse tonight

The North Hastings Community Band will have its first concert performance this evening at The Village Playhouse in Bancroft.
With members in their teens, up to retirees, the band says its a musical project made up of self-proclaimed current and former "band geeks."
The group says that their mission is to bring the joy of community for members and the audience, providing a musical opportunity through practice.
