Bancroft Store recognized as ‘Best Home Hardware’ in Central Canada 

A Bancroft business got a boost last week when the Proud of My Home Achievement Awards were handed out in Toronto at Home Hardware’s annual Homecoming Event, naming the Bancroft store the “best Home Hardware in Central Canada.” 
The Bancroft Home Hardware, known for many years by locals as ‘Wade’s” has been a cornerstone of the community since 1972 when Ernie Wade converted the original Dominion Hardware into a Home Hardware store.
