Update: REM returns to normal after freezing rain disrupts morning service twice

Service on the Réseau express métropolitain saw service between the Deux-Montagnes and Bois-Franc stations interrupted twice on Monday morning after hours of freezing rain fell overnight and into the morning across the Montreal region. Service on the REM stopped fully between the Deux-Montagnes and Bois-Franc stations around 7:40 a.m. and there was a slowdown across the rest of the light rail network.
