Weekend traffic update: Good idea to leave the car at home

Here’s a look at this weekend’s road closures in Montreal:
There will be major road congestion this weekend as work dismantling the old structures of the Turcot and Montreal West Interchanges continues.
Highway 20 heading east will be closed completely between 1st Ave. in Ville St-Pierre and the entrance to Angrignon Blvd., from 11:59 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
The access ramp to Highway 138 E (from Mercier Bridge) toward Hwy 20 East will be closed as of 10 p.m. Friday.
