Volunteers needed immediately for Pierrefonds-Roxboro Meals on Wheels

The need is immediate. Pierrefonds-Roxboro Meals on Wheels is looking for volunteers who could start right away. Meals are prepared at St. Barnabas Church from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and then delivered between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. The program is in particularly desperate need of delivery teams.
Clean-up crews wash dishes and tidy the kitchen from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
The volunteers are needed until the end of June when new, permanent teams will be formed.
