UPDATE: Couillard, Lisée, Legault agree to take part in English debate

Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard Parti Québécois leader Jean-François Lisée and Coalition Avenir Québec leader François Legault all said Tuesday they are willing to take part in what would be the first-ever televised English-language debate between Quebec’s provincial party leaders.
